Whisky and Things

This week Dave and Nick discover that whisky can be made in their home country. Although there are not a huge amount of English whisky distilleries, the Cotswolds Distillery has found a delightful process and recipe since they started in 2014. For a young whisky, there's a huge amount of flavour and complexity. We get an update on Marty McFly, Nick learns how to spell. They both have THINGS to talk about. Dave and Nick also manage to talk to Jay Bradley from The Whisky and Wealth Club. He's also part of the Craft Whiskey Boys. Jay talks thought how to get involved with investing in whisky and perhaps even having your own bottles! It's a long process but it sure is interesting. His whisky knowledge is outstanding, and his passion rings through this interview.
